Joseph Furr was the principal in charge of this project as part of another landscape architecture firm. This project created a 15-year strategic master plan for the Louisiana Office of State Parks. It involved statewide planning, and determination of recreational need and demand. The project has been the guiding document for parks development for the last decade.
