Renaissance Hotel

A true rebirth of a building that was vacant and neglected for 25 years and a canvas for graffiti, this adaptive reuse is the Renaissance Baton Rouge Hotel. A site plan that reoriented the entrance and motor court created a lavish front courtyard with a decorative pool and dining area, transforming the derelict property into a lush four-star hotel site on one of the most important commercial corridors in Baton Rouge.
